Release notes for Pigment 0.3.17, "Black Mesa" (May 20, 2009).

The Pigment team is proud to announce a new release in the 0.3.x series. The
0.3.x series is an unstable series targeted at early adopters wanting to easily
create rich application user interfaces. This series does not ensure API nor
ABI stability.

Features of this release

      * Improved overall performance and memory usage.
      * Added support to cast shadows under texts.
      * Added support to align drawables to pixel boundaries.
      * Added support to retrieve the maximum texture size at runtime.
      * Highly improved the OpenGL ES 1.1 plugin.
      * Fixed GCC 4.4 and Sun Studio compilation warnings.
